Due to a CPU malfunction, some host servers under the ALICE-EQHK2-VPS have encountered issues.
Our technicians have already proceeded to Hong Kong to replace the damaged CPU.
Once the issue is resolved, affected users will receive one month of service compensation.
The impacted server is identified as: HK-SERVER-NO. 04.
